1. Purpose of Use (Personal, Friendships, fishing, family, commercial)
The use that is going to be given to the boat will determine the budget, type of boat and, consequently, the size. Yacht values may vary depending on:

- Yacht auction, quick sale for upgrade or damage received
2. Associated costs (Marine, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Captain, Marines if applicable)
It is not enough to know that having a boat carries expenses, in reality a lot of it depends on good advice and keeping an organization in control of these. The good maintenance of the equipment according to an execution plan that is supervised with responsibility and technical knowledge, must reduce the annual maintenance costs, in the same way, the prudent use of the yacht, that is, neither too much nor too little, since that the extremes have to increase spending in both cases.
